Hi, I'm James.

As product design leader, I believe that world-class design starts with empathy. With a problem-solving mindset, I define bold design visions, and lead teams to create successful products and customer interactions.

My experience as a former advertising brand planner and art director for global technology agencies, paired with my product design leadership, gives me ample experience to help companies succeed and stand out.

The most successful designs speak to human needs and desires, but uncovering these insights takes a disciplined approach. As a manager, I fiercely advocate for a design process that includes discovery and research. I coach my teams to make informed decisions and to always put the user at the center of the process.

Outside of work, you'll find me charging down gnarly New England singletrack on my mountain bike or building pillow forts and obstacle courses with my two young girls.
